It was forty five years ago that America’s heard of one of the worst tornado outbreaks in our history.

What I remember most of this outbreak was it happened at a time with a non weather event. April 4 was the day that Hank Aaron tied babe Ruth’s home run record of 714.

Getting back to the weather over 300 died over two dies with this outbreak.

The month of April is a critical for the South and Midwest when temperatures are very much unstable with the gulf being warm and humid clashing with cold Canadian air dropping into the central part of America.
