This season we’ve seen a record number of named storms. But is there any way of determining how this winter will shape up when it comes to snowstorms/blizzards especially on the east coast?
La Nina is here, which could mean a cold and stormier winter than normal across the North, while the southern tier stays drier, with warmer than average temperatures. Hope that helps.
