    • Flood:con: the chance of flooding rain (2or more inches of rain per hour) to fall within 25 miles of a location during that period .This works like the Tor:con so a 4 means a 40% percent chance of 3 or inches of rainfall  during that period. Flood:cons for the following week to be posted by 11:00pm ET Sunday with special updates when needed. Flood:con is my idea based on the Weather Channel’s Tor:con. Please tell me what you think below. Thanks!

      P.S. Improvements to come.

What a terrific concept!  The point values also need categories.  1 or 2 is marginal.  3 or 4 is slight.  5 or 6 is enhanced.  7 or 8 is moderate.  9 or 10 is high.  Zero is absent (of course).  This way, we can understand the direct impacts that flooding could bring to specific areas.  #goodinnovation #floodprep 🌊💦😎

    • Thanks @andymoserwx! I really like your ideas, I’m going to add them in a new post about Flood:con.
