It really doesn’t get any better than this for a January day.  Yesterday reached 50°F in many places and clear skies all day long.  It was wonderful.  Today is expected to bring much of the same although not quite as warm.  I guess this could be considered our January thaw.  Whatever it is, I love it!

Our 9:15 AM temp is 31°F (-1°C), the humidity is 94% and we have frost and light fog.  The pressure is 29.77 in (1008.1 mb) and rising.  Winds are from the SW at 1 mph and the dew point is 30°F (-1°C).  Visibility is 2 miles.  Yesterday’s high was 51°F (10°C) and the overnight low was 25°F (-4°C).  Averages for this date are 31°F / 21°F.  The record high for this date is 60°F (16°C) set in 1997, and the record low is -8°F (-22°C) set in 1959.

Patchy freezing fog before 10am. Mostly sunny, with a high near 44. West wind 6 to 13 mph.
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. West wind 7 to 13 mph.
Mostly sunny, with a high near 33. North northwest wind around 8 mph becoming northeast in the afternoon.
    Sunday Night
A chance of snow after 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. East northeast wind 8 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
