We have received almost three inches of rain over the past three days and this deary weather is taking a toll on my mood.  I haven’t been by the river lately but I’m sure that it is well over it’s banks.  At least today should be the last of it according to latest forecast and we should see some sun tomorrow.  We have received 4.21″ of rain since Sept. 28.  That’s more than the normal precipitation amount for the entire month of October. I’m glad that it isn’t snow.

Our 10 AM temperature is 56°F (13°C), the humidity is 100% and skies are cloudy with mist.  The pressure is 29.93 in (1013.6 mb) and steady.  The dew point is 56°F (13°F) and visibility is 1.5 miles.  Winds are from the east at 3 mph.  Yesterday’s high was 71°F (21°C) and the overnight low was 53°F (12°C).  Sunrise was at 7:36 AM and sunset will be at 7:14 PM.

    DURAND / OWOSSO FORECAST:

Today:  Overcast skies with a slight chance of rain.  High 67°F.  Winds SSE at 10-20 mph.  Chance of rain 20%.

Tonight:  Mostly cloudy.  Low 46°F.  Winds NW at 10-15 mph.
