This morning is dark and dreary with a few stray raindrops adding to the mix. The forecast is calling for a little sun this afternoon and I hope that it happens. The days are becoming noticeably shorter and it is totally dark now by 8:30 PM. These past few days have been chilly but our forecast is calling for hot temps for the end of the week. Maybe that will be summer’s last hurrah but I hope not. I’m just not ready for cold weather yet. We waited so long for it to warm up this year and the duration was just too short. But it is what it is and we’ll deal with it.
